The undersigned hereby certify that we are the owners
of the hereinafter described real property located in the
City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, btate of

It That certain parcel of real property situated in the
City of E1 Segundo, county of Los Angeles, state of
California, being a portion of that certain 68.970 acre,
Parcel 2 as shown on Record of Survey map filed in
Book 66 page 5 of Records of Survey in the office of the
county recorder of said Los Angeles County, being a
