Miscellaneous Records, in the City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
and being more particularly described as follows
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Douglas Street, 150 feet wide, and Manposa Avenue,
80 feet wide, thence along the centerline of said Manposa Avenue, South 890 59' 17" West
66137 feet to the centerline intersection with Duley Road, 40 feet wide, thence North 00° 07'18"
West 40 00 feet to the north line of said Manposa Avenue and the True Point of Beginning,
