Parcel 64 -24:
Those portions of Parcels 1 and 3, as shown on map filed in
Book 208, pages 60 and 61, of Parcel Maps, in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, which lie southerly of the
easterly prolongation of that certain course of North 89 057'40" West
354.77 feet in the southerly boundary of said Parcel 3.
To be known as ROSECRANS AVENUE.
Together with temporary construction easements for, and the
right to construct, maintain, operate, and use, a highway and
appurtenant structures in and across the real property in above
mentioned City, described as follows:
Parcel 64- 24T.1:
That portion of above mentioned Parcel 1, within the following
described boundaries:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of above described
Parcel 64 -24; thence westerly along the northerly line of said
Parcel 64 -24 a distance of 167.39 feet; thence northerly at right
angles from said northerly line 6.00 feet; thence easterly parallel
with said northerly line 165.80 feet to the northeasterly line of
said Parcel 1; thence southeasterly along said northeasterly line
5.23 feet to the southeasterly line of said last mentioned parcel;
thence southwesterly along said southeasterly line 3.12 feet to the
point of beginning.
Parcel 64- 24T.2:
Those portions of above mentioned Parcels 1 and 3, within the
following described boundaries:
Beginning at the westerly terminus of the northerly line of
above described Parcel 64 -24; thence easterly along said northerly
line 116.27 feet; thence northerly at right angels from said
northerly line 22.00 feet; thence westerly along a line parallel
with said northerly line 115.00 feet; thence southerly at right
angles from said parallel line to a line parallel with and 6 feet
northerly, measured at right angles, from above mentioned certain
course of North 89 057140" West 354.77 feet; thence westerly along
said last mentioned parallel line 373.01 feet to the southwesterly
boundary of said Parcel 3; thence southeasterly and easterly along
said southeasterly boundary and said certain course to the point of
beginning.
Said temporary construction easements shall cease and
terminate 30 days after acceptance by the Governing Body in
Authority of the construction for the improvement of Rosecrans
Avenue under Federal Project #N- 3041[404] CRP- L089[768].
