BENDER, as Administrator with - will - annexed of the Estate of George Johnston, deceased, in consideration of One Thousand Eight Hundred and no /100 Dollars ($1,800.00) cash, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation, all right, title, and interest of decedent at the time of his death, and all right, title, and interest that the estate may have subsequently acquired by operation of law, or otherwise, in and to that certain real property in the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows: Lots 26 and 27 of Block 42, El Segundo No. 3, as per map recorded in Book 20, Pages 22 and 23 of Maps, in the office County Recorder of said County. Sheet of the Subject to rights of way, restrictions, easements and covenants, if any. This deed is made pursuant to the order confirming sale of said property made in the matter of the estate of said decedent in Probate No. 286646, Superior Court of Los Angeles County, State of California, entered on April 4, 1949, a certified copy of which order is recorded contemporaneously herewith in the office of the County Recorder of said County, to which reference is hereby made.
