JULY 16, 1947.
"RESOLVED, that that certain Grant Deed bearing date the 12th day
of June, 1947, executed by Jacob Kuchar and Frieda Kuchar, his wife,
to City of E1 Segundo, a municipal corporation, conveying to said City
the following described real property located in the City of E1 Segundo,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, to -wit:
The South 50 feet of the North 111.08 feet of
Lot 2 in Block 110 of E1 Segundo, as per map
recorded in Book 20, Page 114 of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
SUBJECT TO:
General and Special taxes for the fiscal year
1947 -48, a lien not yet payable.
Covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
rights, rights of way and easements of record,-
be and the same is hereby accepted by and on behalf of the Grantee, City
of E1 Segundo, a municipal corporation;
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be
and he is hereby authorized and instructed to cause said Grant Deed to
be recorded in the office of the Recorder of said Los Angeles County."
