RESOLUTION NO. 122A
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EL SEGUNDOO CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT AND CONSENT TO RECORDING
OF DEEDS OR GRANTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST SEGUND09 CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, D.ETERI NE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Clerk of the City of Tel Se-
gundo, California, is hereby authorized under Section 27281 of
the Government Code of California to accept any and all deeds
or grants conveying any interest in or easement upon real estate
to the City of El Segundo, California, and, as authorised by this
City Council, to consent to the recording.; of such deeds or grants.
SECTION 2. That a certified copy of this resolution
shall be recorded with the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California.
SECTION 3. Triat the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this resolution, shall eater the same in
the Boon of Resolutions of said City, and shall cake za minute of
the passage and adoption thereof is the, records of the nieetin
at which the same is passed and adopted.
