hereby REMISES, RELEASES AND QUITCLAIMS to the City of E1 Segundo the following
described real property in the County of Los Angeles, State of California:

That portion of the west 630 feet of the north 741.43 feet of northeast quarter of
the northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 3 south range 14 west, in Rancho
Sausal Redondo, in the City of E1 Segundo, in the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as shown on Map filed in Case No. 11629 Superior Court of said County on
June 21, 1890, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, a copy of which
Map appears in the files of the County surveyor of said County as Clerk's filed Map
No. 218, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said northeast quarter of northeast quarter of
Section 18, Township 3 south, range 14 west, in Rancho Sausal Redondo at proration
northerly line of Section 18; thence along said northerly line of Section 18 south
89059101" east, 36.56 feet; thence south 0000159" west, 50.00 feet to a point on
the southerly right -of -way line of El Segundo Boulevard, said point also being the
true point of beginning.
Thence along said southerly right -of -way line of E1 Segundo Boulevard south
89059'01" east, 593.45 feet to a point, said point being the northwest corner of
lot 1, tract No. 26556 in the City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of
California as shown on Map filed in Book 675 pages 93 and 94 of Maps in the office
of the County Recorder of said County; thence along the westerly line of said lot 1
south 00000'15" east, 12.00 feet; thence north 89059101" west, 56.56 feet;
thence south 0000159" west, 10.00 feet; thence north 89059'01" west, 150.66
feet; thence north 75056'51" west, 31.66 feet; thence north 82051101" west,
18.69 feet; thence north 89059101" west 322.97 feet, to a tangent point on a curve
concave southeasterly having a radius of 30.00 feet; thence southwesterly along said
curve 47.13 feet through a central angle of 90001114" to a point, a radial line
from said point bears south 89059145" west; thence south 00000'15" east, 220.82
feet; thence south 19017109" west, 32.63 feet; thence south 9056'51" west, 18.63
feet to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of Douglas Street; thence along
said easterly right -of -way line of Douglas Street north 00000'15" west, 281.98
feet to a tangent point on a curve concave southeasterly having a radius of 30.00
feet; thence northeasterly along said curve 47.13 feet through a central angle of
