QUITCLAIM DEED

IN CONSIDERATION OF $100.00, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation,
located in the County of'Los Angeles, State of California, does
hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to BOGDAN and LOUISE
KOVACIC, husband and wife as Joint Tenants, that certain easement
for pipes and conduits for the distribution of water as granted to
the Arena Water Company, a corporation, by deed recorded in Book
7391, page 45 of Deeds, official records of Los Angeles County,
California, (of which said easement said City of E1 Segundo, by
mesne assignments of record is now the owner) insofar as said
easement pertains to and affects the following described real
property located in the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, to wit:
The Northerly 45 feet of the Southerly 90 feet of
Lot 5 in Block�99 of E1 Segundo, in the City of E1
Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 20, Pages 22 and 23 of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.

EXCEPT all water in or under said land.
The effect of this Deed is the quitclaiming of said
easement only over said above- described property only, and this
Deed is to be given no further, other or different effect.
The effect of this Deed is the quitclaiming of said
easement to the owner or owners of the underlying fee only and

Attached is a Quitclaim Deed releasing Arena Water
Company easements to Mr. and Mrs. Kovacic.
The Director of Public Works has advised this office
that the easements are no longer required by the City.
