IN CONSIDERATION of $5.00 receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged the CITY OF EL SEGUI7D$, a municipal corporation,
located in tie County of Loa Angeles, State of California does
hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to JAMES C. fOWIE
that certain easement for pipes and conduits for the distribution
of water as granted in favor of El Segundo Land and Improvement
Company in deed from the Pacific Southwest Trust and Savir%s
Bank, recorded prior to February 15, 1950, . in Book 5574, Page 315,
Official Records of Los Angeles County, California, (of which
said easement said City of El Segundo, by mesne assignments of
record is now the owner) insofar as said easement pertains to
and affects the fallowing described real prope=rty located in the
City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
only, to wit:
The Westerly 55 feet of the South 163,80 feet of Lot
11, Block 109 of E1 Segundo as per map recorded in
Hook 20, Page 114 and 115, of Napa in the office of
the Recorder of said County.
The effect of this deed is the quitclaiming of the said
easement only over said above described property only, and this
deed is to be given no further, other or different Ofect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of El Segundo has
hereunto caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunto sub-
scribed and affixed by its proper officers first thereunto duly
authorized.
