IN CONSIDERATION OF 35.00, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged. the CITY OP EL SEGUNDO, a municipal
corporation, located in the County of Los Angeles, State
of California, does hereby remise, release, and forever
quitclaim to PEGS P. LIMBERG and ARLENE 0. J. LI RG$ his
wife, as joint tenants, that certain easement for pipes and
conduits for the distribution of water as granted in a deed
to Arena Mater Company, a corporation, recorded in Rook 5505,
Page 294 of Deeds of Los Angeles County, California, (of which
said easement said City of El Segundo, by mesne assignments of
record is now the owner) insofar as said easement pertains to
and affects the fallowing, described real property located in
the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of Cali -
fornia, only, to wits
The East 40 feet of the South 125 feet of
Lot 9 in Block 103 of El Segundo, in the
City of El Segundo County of Los Angeles,
,
State of California* as per map recorded in
Book 200 rages 22 and 23 of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
The effect of this deed is the quitclaiming of the
said easement only over said above described property only,
and this deed is to be given no further, other or different
effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of El Segundo has
hereunto caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunto sub-
scribed and affixed by its proper Officers first thereunto duly
authorized.

22 and 23 of Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said
county" to Peck V. Limberg and Arlene 0. J. Limberg, husband and
wife, as joint tenants, on the following unlocated easement:
"All rights of way, easements, pipe lines and appurtenances thereto
running through, across or located upon said land, as granted to the
Arena Water Company, by deed recorded prior to February 15, 1950
in book 5505 page 294 of Deeds, and as reserved in deed from Los
Angeles Trust and Savings Bank, recorded prior to February 15, 1950
in book 6456 page 232 of Deeds."
It is our understanding that G. Johnson Realty of your city has
paid the $5.00 necessary for this deed.
