Angeles, state of California, as per map recorded in book 136, page 35 of
Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said County.
OWNERS: Charles M. Malmsten and Virginia L. Malmsten, husband and wife,
as Joint Tenants.
The preliminary report from Title Insurance and Trust Company under Order No.
4369132 shows the following item, under date of August 12, 1955:
3. An easement over said land for pipes and conduits for the distribution
of water, as reserved to Sausal Redondo water Company No. 1, in deed from
