A076IN CONSIDERATION of $5.00, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the CITY OF EL S GUNDO, a municipal corporation of
the sixth class, located in the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, whose address is City Hallo ' 403 Richmond Street, El
Segundo, California, does hereby remise, release and forever quit-
claim to FORTH AMERICAN AVIATION, INC., a Delaware corporation,
having its principal place of business in the City of Los Angeles,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, at 5601 West Imperial
Highway, those certain easements hereinafter described, to wit:
(1) That certain easement for pipes and conduits for the
distribution of water as conveyed to said City by
Conveyance Document No. 3291, recorded in Book 34573,
Pa-e 377 of Official Records of Los Angeles County,
California, on file in the office of the Recorder of
said County, insofar as said easement pertains to and
affects the following described real property located
in the City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, only, to wits
Beginning at the intersection of a line which is
parallel with and distant 30.00 feet easterly of
the west line of the Northeast Quarter of Section
71 Township 3 South, Range 14 West, in the Rancho
Sausal Redondo, as shown on that certain map re-
corded in Book 70, Page 97, of Miscellaneous Re-
cords, records of Los Angeles County, California,
and a line which is parallel with and distant
northerly at right angles 5.00 feet from the west-
erly prolongation of the center line of 118th
Street, as said street is shown on map of Tract
No. 11266, recorded in Book 205, Pages 5 and 6 of
maps, records of said Los Angeles County; thence
easterly along said line parallel with and distant
northerly at right angles 5.00 feet from the west-
erly prolongation of the center line of said 118th
Street a distance of 543.00 feet, more or less,
to a point in the westerly boundary line of that
certain 17.858 acre parcel of Land described
in deed dated June 15, 1948 from Santa Fe Land

Improvement Company to North American Aviation,
Inc., recorded in Book 27854, Page 191, Official
Records of said Los Angeles County; thence north-
erly along said westerly line to the beginning
of that certain course described in said deed as
having a radius of 588.81 feet; thence northeast-
erly along the arc of a curve concave southeast-
erly and having a radius of 588.81 feet, a distance
of 309.37 feet to the most easterly corner of
that certain parcel of land described as Parcel
No. 3 in the easement document recorded as Docu-
ment No. 3291 in Book 34573, Page 377, Official
Records of said Los Angeles County; thence north-
westerly a distance of 1.00 feet along the north-
easterly boundary line of said Parcel No. 3 to a
point in the westerly line of that certain 0.042
acre parcel of land described in deed dated De-
cember 13, 1950, from Santa Fe Land Improvement
Company to North American Aviation, Inc., record-
ed as Doctament No. 1761 in Book 35204 Page 41,
Official Records of said Los Angeles bounty;
thence southwesterly along said westerly line
of said 0.042 acre parcel which line is along the
are of a curve concave southeasterly and having
a radius of 589.81 feet, a distance of 309.90
feet to a point of tangency; thence southerly
along, the westerly line of said 0.042 acre parcel
to a point in a line which is parallel with and
distant 15.00 feet northerly at right angles from
the westerly prolongation of the center line of
said 118th Street; thence westerly along said
line parallel with and distant northerly at right
angles 15.00 feet from the westerly prolongation
of the center line of said 118th Street a dis-
tance of 542.00 feet, more or less, to a point
in a line which is parallel with and distant 30.00
feet easterly at right angles from the west line
of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 7, Town-
ship 3 South, Range 14 West; and thence southerly
along said line a distance of 10.04 feet to the
point of beginning.
The above easement was conveyed to the Ctty by Santa Fe
Land Improvement Company as per the document above men-
tioned but since such conveyance, the Grantee herein,
North American Aviation, Inc., has acquired the under-
lying fee from said Santa Fe Land Improvement Company;
hence, this quitclaim deed is made directly to said
North American Aviation, Inc., the present owner of such
underlying fee; and
(2) That certain easement for pipes and conduits for the
distribution of water as conveyed to said City by

Conveyance Document No. 19553, recorded in Book 34450,
Page 31 of Official Records of Los Angeles County, Cali-
fornia, on file in the office of the Recorder of said
County, insofar as said easement pertains to and affects
the fallowing described real property located in the
City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of Cali-
fornia, only, to wit:
Beginning; at the most westerly corner of that
certain pa:-cel of land described in "Grant of
Easement Agreement" from North American Avia-
tion, Inc. to the City of El Segundo, California,
recorded As Document No. 19553 in Book 34450, Page
31 of Official Records, County of Los Angeles,
California; thence northeasterly along a curve
concave southeasterly and having a radius of
588.81 feet, said curve being the northwesterly
boundary line of said parcel, to a point in the
line which is concentric with and distant radi-
ally southeasterly 20.00 feet from the south
line of that certain 2.007 acre parcel of land
described in deed dated March 15, 1949s from
Santa Fe Land Improvement Company to the Atchi-
son, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, record-
ed in Book 29807, Page 332 of Official Records,
County of Los Angeles, California; thence north-
easterly along a curve concave northwesterly,
having a radius of 648.805 feet, and being con-
centric with the south boundary of said 2.007
acre parcel of land to a point in the easterly
line of that certain parcel of land described
in the "Grant of Easement Agreement" recorded
as Document No. 19553, Book 34450, Page 31,
Official records, County of Los Angeles, Cali-
fornia; thence southwesterly along a curve con-
cave southeasterly, having a radius of 568.81
feet, said curve being the southeasterly boundary
line of that parcel of land described in last
said "Grant of Easement Agreement" to the south-
easterly corner of said parcel; and thence north-
westerly along the southwesterly boundary line of
said parcel, a distance of 20.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
The effect of this. deed is the quitclaiming of said
respective easements only over said respective above described
properties only, and this deed is to be given no further, other
or different effect.
