QUITCLAIM DEED
IN CONSIDERATION OF $5.00, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation, lo-
cated in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, does here-
by remise, release and forever quitclaim to CHEVRON U.S.A., INC., a
corporation, that certain easement for storm drain purposes granted
to the City of El Segundo by Pacific Electric Railway Company by
Deed recorded in Book D 64 at Page 867 of Official Records of Los
Angeles County, California, insofar as said easement pertains to
and affects the following described real property located in the
City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
to wit:
All that portion of Lot 434, Block 123,
Sheet 8 E1 Segundo, as recorded in Book 22,
Pages 106 and 107 of Maps in the office of
the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
A strip of land, 5.00 feet in width, lying
2.50 feet on each side of the easterly
prolongation of a line parallel with and
5.00 feet northerly, measured at right
angles from the south line of Lot 107 of
said Block 123. The side lines of said
5.00 foot strip shall terminate westerly
in the southwesterly line of said Lot 434
and easterly in the northeasterly line of
said Lot 434.
The effect of this Deed is the quitclaiming of said ease-
ment only over said above - described property only and this Deed is
to be given no other or different effect.
The effect of this Deed is the quitclaiming of said ease-
ment to the owner of the underlying fee only and this Deed is to be
given no other or different effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of El Segundo has here-
unto caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunto subscribed
and affixed by its proper officers first hereunto duly authorized.
