IN CONSIDERATION of $5.000 receipt of which is hereby acknowledged$
the CITY OF EL 5E(iMO, a municipal corporation of the sixth close,
located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, whose address
is City Hall. E1 Segundo, California, does hereby remise, release and
forever quitclaim to ROY J. LUNDGREN and LOIS J. LUNDOREN, his wife, as
joint tenants, of "0 Center street, El Segundo, California, that certain
easement for pipes and conduits for the distribution of crater, as reserved
to Arena Water Company in a deed from Los Angeles Trust and Savings Bank,
a corporation, recorded in Book 5529, Page 90, of Official Records of
Los Angeles County, California (of which said easement said City of E1
Segundo, by mesas assignments of record, is now the owwr), insofar as
said easement pertains to and affects the following described real
property located in the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angelea, State
of California, only, to wit:
Lot 20 Tract No. 2367, excepting the southerly 193
feet and the northerly 86 feet thereof, in the City
of El Segundo, as per map record" in Book 22, Page
153 of aapa, on file in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
The effect of this de" is the quitelaiming of the said easement
only over said above described property only, and this deed is to be given
no farther, other or different effect.

its corporate new and seal to be hereunto subscribed and affixed by its
proper officers first thereunto duly authorised.
