QUITCLAIM DEED
IN CONSIDERATION OF $5.00, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal
corporation, located in the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim
to SEPULVEDA PROPERTIES, INC., a California Corporation,that
certain easement for public utility purposes, as dedicated
in Tract No. 32178, as recorded on July 23, 1974 in Book
846, pages 27 and 28 of Map Records in the office of the
County Recorder, Los Angeles County, California, insofar as
said easement pertains to and affects the following described
real property located in the City of E1 Segundo, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, to wit:
The westerly 280 feet of the northerly
10 feet of Lot 7, in Tract 32178, as
filed in Book 846, Pages 27 and 28 of
Map Records in the office of the County
Recorder, Los Angeles County, State of
California.
The effect of this deed is the quitclaiming of
said easement only over said above - described property only,
and this deed is to be given no further, other or different
effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of E1 Segundo
has hereunto caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunto
subscribed and affixed by its proper officers first hereunto
duly authorized.
