For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation, does hereby grant to LOS ANGELES
COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic, a non - exclusive
easement for water conservation purposes and for ingress and egress, in, on,
under, over, and across the real property in the City of E1 Segundo, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of that parcel of land in the southeast
one - quarter of the southwest one - quarter of Section 7,
T. 3 S., R. 14 w., in the Rancho Sausal Redondo, as shown
on map recorded in Book 1, pages 507 and 508, of Patents,
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles,
described in deed to City of El Segundo, recorded in
Book 32811, page 79, of Official Records, in the office
of said Recorder, within the following described boundariess
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of said parcel;
thence westerly along the southerly line of said parcel, a
distance of 187.16 feet; thence northerly, parallel with
the easterly line of said parcel, a distance of 30 feet
to a point in the northerly line of the southerly 30 feet
of said parcel, said point being the true point of beginning;
thence westerly along said northerly line, a distance of
25.00 feet; thence at right angles to last said line,
northerly 10.5 feet; thence easterly, parallel with the
southerly line of said parcel, a distance of 25.00 feet;
thence southerly at right angles to last said line, a distance
of 10.5 feet to said true point of beginning.
