3147 Property No. PLENS732J34 Rif COPY Account No. 3722 LICENSE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the License Agreement entered into on November 21, 2002, between SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, a corporation, as Licensor, and the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation, as Licensee, covering that certain real property in the county of Los Angeles, State of California, as described in said License Agreement and being the parcel delineated on the print attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit "A" for the term commencing on the first day of January, 2003, and ending on the last day of December, 2004, is hereby amended as follows: Article 2. Term: Unless otherwise terminated as provided herein, this agreement will be in effect for one (1) additional year commencing on the first day of January, 2005 and ending on the last day of December, 2005. Article 3. Consideration: Licensee will pay to Licensor the sum of Six Thousand Seventy dollars and no cents ($6,070.00). Except as otherwise herein provided, it is mutually understood and agreed that all terms, covenants, and conditions of said License Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect.
