FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4132 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
KALBAN, INC.
THIS 1sT AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this 8'h day of June 2011, by
and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and Municipal Corporation existing
under the laws of California ( "CITY "), and Kalban, Inc., ("CONTRACTOR ").
Agreement No. 4132 ( "Agreement "), executed by the parties on or about June 8, 2011, is
amended to increase the contract amount to a new sum not to exceed SEVENTY ONE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND EIGHTY SIX CENTS
($71,297.86) for the construction of a new concrete block wall at the Campus El Segundo
listed on Exhibit "A"
2. The attached exhibit is incorporated by reference, adds to the Contractors' Scope of work.
3. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be an
original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same date.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement No.
4132 remain the same.

1. Relocate sprinklers in planters
2. Construct approximately 280 LF of 2 course block wall including 12" x 12"
footing. Cap to match existing.
