CALIFORNIA, A7,1ENDING TITLE 20 (THE
COPSPREHE41SIVE 'ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
"EL SEGUNDO MUNICIPAL CODE" BY AMENDING
','HE ZONING NAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION
20.16.030 OF SAID CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVS:
SECTION 1. That Title 20 (The Comprehensive zoning
Ordinance) of the "El. Segundo [Municipal Code," and in particular
the "Zoning Map of the City of E1 Segundo" on file in the Planning
Department, be and the same is hereby amended by reclassifying
and rezoning in the manner hereinafter set forth, the follcviing
described real property located within the City of E1 Segundo,
County of LOS Angeles, State of California, to iait:
(1) From M -2 (Heavy Manufacturing) zone to C -M (Commercial
Alanufacturmg) zone:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 3
South, Range 14 West, in the Rancho Sausal Redondo in the City of EI
Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 1, Pages 507 and 508 of Patents, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county, described as follows:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective at
midnight on the thirtieth day from and after the date of the
final passage and adoption thereof.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this ordinance; shall cause the same to be entered
in the book of original ordinances of said city; shall make a
minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of
the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted; and shall
within fifteen days after the passage and adoption thereof, cause
the same to be published once in the E1 Segundo Herald, a weekly
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated within
said City of El Segundo and which is hereby designated for that
purpose.
