AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING "CHAPTER 34" (THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING LAW) OF "THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, 1958," BY AMEND-
ING THE ZONING MAP THEREIN CONTAINED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 34 (The Comprehensive Zoning
Law) of "The Code of the City of El Segundo, California, 1958," and in
particular the "Zoning Map of the City of El Segundo" therein contained;
be, and the same is hereby, amended by reclassifying and rezoning to
"R -1" from "R -2� in the manner hereinafter set forth, the following
described real property located within the City of El Segundo, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit:
The southerly 10 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lots 3, 4,
5 and 6, Tract 10058, Map Book 142, Page 17 of
Maps as recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California.
SECTION 2. That said City Council has caused to be pre-
pared a small area map of the area or district affected by the zone
change hereinabove ordered to be made, which said small area map
is hereunto attached, designated as "Exhibit A' and is hereby referred
to and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
Said small area map (Exhibit A) is hereby adopted as, and shall be an
amendment, to the extent cif the areas shown thereon and affected there-
by, of the "Zoning Map of the City of E1 Segundo," referred to in, and
which is adopted by the provisions of Section 34.5 of Article II of said
Chapter 34 of said Code.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective at
midnight on the thirtieth day from and after the date of the final pass-
age and adoption thereof.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
age and adoption of this ordinance; shall cause the same to be entered

in the book of original ordinances of said city; shall make a minute of
the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the meeting at which
the same is passed and adopted; and shall, within fifteen days after the
passage and adoption thereof, cause the same to be published once in
the El Segundo Herald, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, pub-
lished and circulated within said City of El Segundo, and which is hereby
designated for that purpose.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 25th day of Janu-
ary , 1965.
