THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: `` <+
SECTION 1. That City of El Segundo Ordinance No. 5

(The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance) and in particular the "Zon
Map of the City of El Segundo" therein contained be, and the same.
hereby, amended by reclassifying and rezoning to C -2 from M -1 and
M -2, in the manner hereinafter set forth, the following described real
property located within the City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles,, '
State of California, to wit:
PARCEL ONE: Those portions of Lots 31, 32, 33, 34 and 37
of rac , as shown on a map recorded in Book 28, Pages
41 and 42 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, bounded
as follows:
On the Southeast by the northwesterly line of 45th Street, as
shown on a map of Tract 4103, recorded in Book 46, Page 8
of said maps; on the Southwest by the southwesterly lines of
said Lots 31 and 33; on-the Northwest by a line parallel with
and distant northwesterly 600. 00 feet, measured at right` �� }
angles, from said northwesterly line of 45th Street; and on
the Northeast by the southwesterly lines of Vista Del Mar,F"� f

3 of said Ordinance No. 507 of said City.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
at midnight on the thirtieth day from and after the date of the final
passage and adoption thereof.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
age and adoption of this ordinance; shall make a minute of the passage
and adoption thereof in the records of the meeting at which the same
is passed and adopted; shall cause the same to be entered in the book
of original ordinances of said City; and shall, within fifteen days after
the passage and adoption thereof, cause the same to be published once
in the El Segundo Herald, a weekly newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated within said City of El Segundo and which is
hereby designated for that purpose.
