AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 507
(THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE) OF
SAID CITY BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
THEREIN CONTAINED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFOR-
NIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That City of E1 Segundo Ordinance No. 507
(the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance) and in particular the "Zon-
ing Map of the City of E1 Segundo" therein contained be, and the
same is hereby, amended by reclassifying and rezoning, in the
manner hereinafter set forth, the following described real property
located within the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, to wit:
PARCEL NO. 1
The westerly 50 feet of Lots 3$2, 383, and 384,
Block 123, E1 Segundo Sheet No. 8 as recorded
in Book 22, Pages 106 and 107 of Maps, on file
in the office of the recorder of Los Angeles
County, California,
from Zone P to Zone C -2.
PARCEL NO. 2
The westerly 60 feet of Lots 2 and 9, Block 113,
E1 Segundo Sheet No. 5 as recorded in Map Book
20, pages 114 and 115, on file in the office of
the recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
from Zone P to Zone C -2.
SECTION 2. That said City Council has caused to be pre-
pared small area maps of the areas or districts affected by the
zone changes hereinabove ordered to be made, which said small area
maps are hereunto attached, designated as "Exhibit All and "Exhibit
B," and are hereby referred to and by this reference incorporated
herein and made a part hereof. Said small area maps (Exhibit A
and Exhibit 0 are hereby adopted as, and shall be amendments to,

the extent of the areas shown thereon and affected thereby, of
the "Zoning Map of the City of E1 Segundo," referred to in, and
which are adopted by, the provisions of Section 302 of Article
3 of said Ordinance No. 507 of said City.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
at midnight on the thirtieth day from and after the date of the
final passage and adoption thereof.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this ordinance; shall make a minute of
the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the meeting
at which the same is passed and adopted; shall cause the same to
be entered in the book of original ordinances of said City; and
shall, within fifteen days after the passage and adoption thereof,
cause the same to be published once in the E1 Segundo Herald, a
weekly newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated
within said City of E1 Segundo and which is hereby designated for
that purpose.
