SAID CITY 111ITH REGARD TO RENTING OF ROOMS.
THE CITY COUivCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO "d 1. That Item (5) of Section 100 of Ordinance
1o. 507, (The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance) of the City of
El Segundo, California, shall be and the same is hereby amended
so as to read as follows:
"SEC. 100. PERMITTED USES.
(5) The renting of not more than two rooms in the
main building to not more than four persons, or providing; for
table board to not more than four boarders, or both, but not
to exceed a total of four in any combination thereof.11
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall become
effective at midnight on the thirtieth day from and after the
final passage and adoption thereof.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage and adoption of this ordinance; shall cause the
same to be entered in the book of original ordinances of said
city; shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof
in the records of the meetinn at which the same is passed and
adopted; and shall within fifteen days after the passage and
acoption thereof, cause the same to be published once in the
El Segundo Herald, a weekly ne`- •ispaper of Teneral'circulation,
published and circulated within said City of El Segundo, and
which is hereby designated for that purpose.
