AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO)
CALIFORNIA, ADIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 507
(THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE) OF
SAID CITY BY AIviENDING THE ZONING F,IAP
THEREIN CONTAINED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That City of El Segundo Ordinance No.
507 (the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance) and in particular
the "Zoning I,iap of the City of El Segundo" therein contained
be, and the same is hereby, amended by reclassifying and re-
zonino;, in the manner hereinafter set forth, the followin
described real property located within the City of El Segundo,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit:
Lots 1 to 11, inclusive, Block 31 and Lots
1 to 4, inclusive, Block 32, E1 Segundo
Sheet No. 1, as recorded in Book 19, Page
69 of Aiaps, on file in the office of the
recorder of Los Angeles County, Cal�forniaq
from Zone R -3 to Zone P.
SECTION 2. That said City Council has caused to be
prepared a small area map of the area or district affected by
the zone change hereinabove ordered to be made, which said
small area map is hereunto attached, designated as "Exhibit A",
and is hereby referred to and by this reference incorporated
herein and made a part hereof. Said small area map (Exhibit A)
is hereby adopted as, and shall be an amendment to, the ex-
tent of the areas shown thereon and affected thereby, of the
"Zoning I -:ap of the City of El Segundo ", referred to in, and
which is adopted by, the provisions of Section 302 of Article
3 of said Ordinance No. 507 of said City.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become
effective at midni It on the thirtieth day from and after the
date of the final passage and adoption thereof.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage and adoption of this ordinance; shall make a min-
ute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the
meeting at which the same is passed and adopted; shall cause
the same to be entered in the book of original ordinances of
said city; and shall, within fifteen days after the passage
and adoption thereof, cause the same to be published once in
the El Segundo Herald, a weekly newspaper of general circu-
lation, published and circulated within said City of E1 Segundo
and which is hereby designated for that purpose.
Passed, approved and adopted this 13th day of
July, 1959.
