ORDINANCE 511y 3583 ORDINANCE NO. S11 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 434 (THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE) OF SAID CITY BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP THEREIN CONTAINED. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That City of El Segundo Ordinance No. 434 (the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance) and in particular the "Zon- ing Map of the City of E1 Segundo" therein contained be, and the same is hereby, amended by reclassifying and rezoning from Zone C -2 to Zone R -3 the following described real property located within the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit: Lots 7 and $. Block 38, E1 Segundo Sheet No. 7, as per map recorded in Book 22, Pages 54 and 55 of Maps, on file in the office of the Recorder of said County. SECTION 2. That said City Council has caused to be pre- pared a small area map of the area or district affected by the zone change hereinabove ordered to be made, which said small area map is hereunto attached, designated as "Exhibit All, and is hereby re- ferred to and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof. Said small area map (Exhibit A) is hereby adopted as, and shall be an amendment to, the extent of the area shown thereon and affected thereby, of the "Zoning Map of the City of E1 Segundo ", referred to in, and which is adopted by, the provi- sions of Section 302 of Article 3 of said Ordinance No. 434 of said City. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective at midnight on the thirtieth day from and after the date of the final passage and adoption thereof. - 1 - I . A, 3584 SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance; shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the meetin,F at which the same is passed and adopted; shall cause the same to be entered in the book of original ordinances of said City; and shall, within fifteen days after the passage and adoption thereof, cause the same to be published once in the E1 Segundo Herald, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated within said City of El Segundo and which is hereby designated for that purpose.
