ORDINANCE NO. 341.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE i 10- 306
(THE LAND USE PLAN - ZONING ORDINANCE) OF
SAID CITY, AS AMENDED, BY CORRECTING
CERTAIN INDICATED DIMENSIONS SHOWN IN
SECTIONS 10 -E AND 11 -E OF PART I OF THE
ZONING MAP, WHICH IS A PART OF SAID
ORDINANCE NO. 306, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, both the Planning Commission and the City
Council of the City of E1 Segundo, California, have duly and
regularly processed and held public hearings upon the amendments
and corrections hereinafter set forth in time, form and manner
as required by law;
AND, WHEREAS, said Council has reached its decision
with reference to said amendments and corrections, as hereinafter
set fort =a;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
E1 Segundo, California, does.ordain as follows:
entitled:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 306 of said City,
"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZONES WITHIN THE
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND ESTABLISHING
CLASSIFICATION OF LAND USES AND REGULATING
SUCH LAND USES IN SUCH ZONES; REGULATING
THE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS, AND OPEN SPACES
FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION; ADOPTING A MAP
OF SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS USED IN
SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE ADJUST-
DENT, AMENDMENT AND ENFORCEMENT THEREOF;
PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOLATION. ",
passed and adopted on the 22nd day of January, 1947, and PART I
of the zoning map, which is a part of said zoning ordinance, as
amended, shall be and the same are hereby amended in the follow-
ing particulars, to wit:

That the portions or sections designated as
1110 -E" and "11 -Ell of PART I of said zoning map, be corrected
in the following particulars only:
(a) By changing and correcting the indicated dimension
of 125 feet, measured Southerly from Mariposa
Avenue on the Westerly side of Center Street, to
140 feet;
(b) By changing and correcting the indicated dimension
of 123.6 feet measured Southerly from Mariposa
Avenue on the Easterly side of Center Street, to
132.6 feet; and
(c) By changing and correcting the indicated dimension
of 121.17 feet, measured Southerly from Mariposa
Avenue on the Easterly side of Maryland Street, to
139.17 feet.
SECTION 2. That the said City Council has caused to
be prepared a small area map of the area or district or territory
affected by the changes and corrections hereinabove ordered to be
made in Section 1 of this ordinance, which said small area map
is hereunto attached, designated as "Exhibit All, and is hereby
referred to and by this reference incorporated herein and made
a part hereof. Said small area man ( "Exhibit All) is hereby
adopted as, and shall be an amendment to,the extent of the area
shown thereon of said -ART I of said zoning map (Land Use Plan),
which is a part of said Ordinance No. 306, as amended.
SECTION 3. That said Ordinance No. 306, as amended, and
said zoning map (Land Use Plan) shall be and the same are hereby
amended as hereinabove in Sections 1 and 2 of this ordinance set
forth.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall become effective
at midnight on the 30th day from and after the date of the
adoption thereof .

SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same
to be published once in the E1 Segundo Herald, a weekly news-
paper of general circulation, published and circulated within
the said City of El Segundo, and which is hereby designated for
that purpose.
