That subdivision "(a)" of Section 1 of Article XIV of Ordinance No. 313, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEaUND0, CALIFORNIA, MAKING CERTAIN PROVISIONS REEVING TO PUBLIC STREETS AND PUBLIC PLACES 71THIN SAID CITY; REGULATING TRAFFIC IN AND UPON SUCH PUBLIC STREE'T'S AND PLACES; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE7ITH. " rasaed and adopted on the 25th day of June, A. D., 1 947, shall be and the same is .hereby amended by amending said subdivision "(a) ", so as to reed as follows: "(a) Two hours on Richmond Street between El Segundo Boulevard and Fran'' <lin Avenue within said city. ". SECTION 2. That two new subdivisions, to be designated as subdivisions "(n)" and "(o) ", shall be and the same are hereby added to said Section 1 of said Article XIV of said Ordinance No. 313, which said subdivisions "(n)" and "(a)" shall read respectively as follows: 1— "(n) Two hours on Richmond Street between Grand Avenue and Holt;;- Avenue �rTithin said city;" and "(o) One hour on Richmond -)treet between Franklin Avenue and 'rend Avenue within said city. " SECTION 3. That a. new subdi�isior�, to be desi -nated "20 " -, shall be and the same is hereby added to Section 4 of Article VI of said Ordinance No. 313, and which said new subdivision 112011 shall read as follows, to ,,it: "20. Richmond Street and Holly Avenue; easterly and t?esterly entrances." SECTION 4. That s,id Ordinance No. 317 is hereby am:.nded as hereinabove in Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this ordinance set fo_ th.
