The City Council of the Oity of Ll Segundo, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. litat Section 79 of Article XVI of Ordinance No. M1 of the city of osl Segundo, California, entitled: ttAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OY EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, REGULATING TRAFFIC UPON THE YUBLTC STREETS, AVENUES, ALLEYS, THOEOUGH- FARES AND VLACES WITHIN SA'16I1) CI`T'Y, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES 1N CONFLICT 'I'HEREWITH." , passed and adopted on the 28th day of uctober, 1936, as amended to date, shall be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows, to -wit: --SECTION 79. STOP INTERS EC T1 uT S . In accord- ance with the provisions of Section 38 kSubdivisions 11b" and "c ") of this ordinance, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers or operators of vehicles shall stop the same at the entrance or entrances to the following intersections: (1) ilie intersection of Inglewood- rie.dondo Road with Inperial highway. 1- (2) The intersection of Inglewood- Redondo Road with E1 Segundo Boulevard. (3) The intersection of Imperial Highway with Sheldon Street. (4) The intersection of Imperial Highway with Northrop Street. (5) The intersection of Imperial Highway with Lapham Street. (6) All of the intersections of Main Street with other public streets or alleys, from the southerly line of Grand Avenue to the northerly boundary line of the City of E1 Segundo, California. (7) All of the intersections of Sepulveda Boulevard with other public streets and alleys from the northerly boundary line of said City of E1 Segundo, to the southerly boundary line of said City. (8) The intersection of Mariposa Avenue with Virginia Street. (9) The intersection of Mariposa Avenue with Hillcrest Street. (10) The intersection of Palm Avenue with Virginia Street. (11) All of the intersections of Grand Avenue with other public streets or alleys, from the easterly line of the alley westerly of Main Street to the westerly boundary line of the City of E1 Segundo, California. (12) The intersection of Franklin Avenue with the alley westerly of Richmond Street. (13) The intersection of E1 Segundo Boulevard with the alley westerly of Richmond Street. SECTION 2. That said Ordinance No. 204, as amended to date, is hereby amended as hereinabove in Section 1 of this ordinance set forth. 2- -1549 SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective at midnight on the thirtieth day from and after the date of the final passage and adoption thereof. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published once in the El Segundo Herald, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated within the said City of E1 Segundo, and which is hereby designated for that purpose.
