ORDINANCE NO. 202.
AN FINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL BEGURD09
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8 OF
SAID CITY, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO REGULATING THIS
SEEPING OF PUBLIC POOL ROOE9 AND BILLIARD
ROOMS WITHIN SAID CITY AND PROHIBITING
CERTAIN MINORS FROM ENTERING THEREIN. "t

The City Council of the City of E1 Segundo,
California, does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 8
of Ute City of El Segundo, California, entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO.
REGULATING THE BEEPING OF PUBLIC POOL
ROOMS AHD BILLIARD ROOMS WITHIN SAID
CITY AND PROHIBITING CERTAIN MINORS FROM
ENTERING THEREIN . ",
passed and adopted on the 28th day of February, A. D.,
1917, be amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 8. No such pool or billiard room,
or rooms, shall be kept open on any day between
the hours of one O'clock A. M. and six O'olock A. M."
SECTION 2. That said Ordinance No. 8 is hereby
amended as here inabove in Section 1 of this ordinance set
f ort h.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force and vi rtue thi rty days frown and after
the date of the f ina 1 passage sad adoption thereof.

SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall
cause the same to be published once in the official paper
of said City, t o- vdt, the El Segundo Herald, a weekly
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated within said City and Ykich is hereby designated
for that purpose.
