ORDINANCE 1890 C A ORDINAIUB NO. 189 . AN MORGEN CY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 150 OF SAID CITY, PASSED AND ADOPTED O1 THE 17TH DAY OF AUGUST, A. D., 1928. The City Council of the City of E1 Segando, California, do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Ordiname No. 150 of the City of E1 Segundo, Califb=ia, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUND0 CALIFORNIA, REGULATING THE ESTABLISH88� AND OPERATION OF PUBLIC AUTOMOBILE PARES OR PLACES WI TEIN SAID CITY, AND THE BLUINESS OF CONDUCTING ANY SUCH PARES OR PL ACES . ", passed and adopted on the 17th day of August, A. D.9 1928, be, and the same is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. That this ordinance "is an ordinance affecting the public peace, healt& and safety, and the same shall therefore take effect immediately upon the adoption thereof. The facts constituting its urgency are as follows: The National Air Races to be held at the Los Angeles Municipal Airport adjoining the City of El Segundo, ' July lot to 4th, 1933, w321 attract thousands of motorists and will require parking facilities, which faoilities am-not be readily provided under existing economic conditions unless the restrictions imposed by said Ordinance No. 150 be immediately removed. SECTION 3.
