AN ORDINANCE Of THE CITY Of ESL SEGUNDO `.,
CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING THE CITY HA?� IN
AND FOR SAID CITY, AND THE COUNCIL ORAi03ER
THEREIN; FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE Of
REGULLR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
SAID CITY; PROVIDING FOR THE HOLDING OF
SPECIAL MEETINGS OF SAID CITY COUNCIL AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
The City Conrail of the City of E1 Segundo,
California, do ordain as follows:
SECTI(K 1. That that certain two story brick
building located upon the following described real
property situated within the City of E1 Segundo, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, to -wit: lots 9
and 10 in Blook 21, of E1 Segundo, in the City of El
Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
-- per Yap recorded Im .Book 18, Page 69 of Yaps, Records
oil file is the office of the County Recorder of said
County, shall be and the same is hereby named and de-
signated as the "City Hall" in and for the City of El
Segundo, County of Los Angeles, state of California.
SECTION 2* That the street somber of the
said City Hall shall be and the some is hereby desig-
mated as No. 203 Ricbmend Street, in said City.
SECTION S. That the large room in the north-
`- east corner of the first floor of the said City Hall,

hereinabove designated is Section 19 approzimstely 38
feet by 18.6 feet in dinamdon and being designated as
Room No. 101. on said first floor of said building,

shall be and the same is hereby named and designated
as the "Council Chamber" of the City Council of the
City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of
California.
---°- SECTION 4. That the regular meetings of the
City Council, after the tenth day of dune, 1930, shall
be held in said Council Chamber hersinabove designated
in said City Hall, on Wednesday of each and every
calendar week, beginning at the hour of 7:00 o'clock in
the evening of said da. In the event any of said
Wednesdays shall fall upon a holiday, then and in that
event the regular meeting for that week shall be held
on the next sucoeeding business day beginning at the
same hour and at the same place as hersinabove designated.
SECTION 8. That special meetings of the said
City Council may be oalled at any time by the Mayor of said
City, or by three Councilmen thereof, by written notice
delivered to,each member at least three hours before the
time specified for the proposed meeting; or by written
consent of all Councilmen.
SECTION 6. That all meetings of the said
City Council shall be public.
SECTION 7. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION S. That the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage and adoption of this ordinance, and shall
cause the same to be published once in the E1 Segundo
Herald, a weekly newspoper, printed, published amt
circulated within the said City of E1 Segundo, California,
and which is hereby designated for that purpose.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
fall force and virtue on and after the 10th day of dune,
A. D. , 1930.

a weekly newspaper of general circulation printed, pub -
lished and circulated within the said City, and that the
