D . , 1926s. BY AILND ING SECTION 1 THEREOF. The Board of Trustees (now City Council) of the City of El Segundo, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 121 of the City of El Segundo, California, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING VACANT FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES A CERTAIN PORTION OF PORT AVENUE WITHIN ME SAID CITY, AS CONTBYPLATED BY RESCLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 110" passed and adopted on the 27th day of November, A. D., 19269 be and the wame is hereby wended so us to read as follows :, *SECTION 1. That all of that certain portion of that certain public street named, designated and known as OPo rt Avenue", within the said Aity of E1 Segundo., California, described as follows, to -wit: All of that portion of Port Avenue lying between the Easterly line.of The Strand and a line drawn,sighty- five (86) feet Easterly of and parallel with said Easterly line of said Thd Strand as streets are shown upon Yap of Traot. No. 3303 recorked. in Book 369 0 t 14 of Yaps, Records of Los Angeles County, .and onn Ile in the office of the County Recorder of said County,- ` be and the same is hereby closed up, vacated and abandoned for public street purposes.' That it is the purpose of these proceedings and of this ordinance to vacate and abandon for public street purposes the said portion of Port Avenue. hereinab ove desoribed. N PW SECTION 2. That said Ordinance No. 121 in hereby -- amended accordingly. 1- .. 10' SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance: shall cause the same to be published once in the official paper of said city, to -wit: The El Segundo Herald, a weekly newspaper printed, published and circulated within said city and which is hereby designated for that purpose.
