ORDINANCE 63ORDINANCE N0. 63 AN ORDINANCE JF THE CITY OF RL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE CLERK, TREASURER, MARSHAL, AND RECORDER OF SAID CI`T'Y, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THi,REWITH. The Board of Trustees of the City of El Segundo do ordain as follows: Section 1. That the salary of the City Clerk of the City of E1 Segundo, California, shall be and the same is hereby fix- ed at the sum of One Hundred Seventy -five Dollars per month. Section 2. That the salary of the City Treasurer of the City of E1 Segundo, California, shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of Twenty -five Dollars per month. Section 3. That the salary of the City Marshal of the City of E1 Segundo, California, shall be and the same is here- by fixed at the sum of Fifty Dollars per month. Section 4. That the salary of the City Recorder of the City of E1 Segundo, California, shall be and the same is here- by fixed at the sum of Twenty -five Dollars per month. Section 5. That the said respective amounts hereinabo ve set forth shall be compensation in full for all services ren- dered by said respective officers in their official capacities as such officers, and said amounts shall be payable monthly at the same time and in the same manner as other city salaries are paid. Section 6. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed. Section 7. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the E1 Segundo Herald, a weekly newspaper of general circulation printed, published and ciruclated within said City and which is hereby designated for that purpose. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and virtue on and after the 19th day of April, A. D. 1920. Passed and adopted this 17th d of March, 1920.
