ORDINANCE 6ORDINANCE NO. U1 03DIMAsME, Ok' �H.: CITY Or' M EEGUNDO PROVIDING FOR THE CONFINEMEI ?T 0 2 27-?R°ONS ARRESTED THEREIN. The Board of Trustees of the City of El Segundo do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. l:ny person under arrest charged with the violation of any ordinance of the City of E1 Segundo, or any law in force therein, may before conviction, unless released on bail in the manner provided by law, be committed to the custody of the Sheriff of Los Angeles County, California, except durin,; such times as it may be necessary for any such person to attend Court. SECTIOIa ?. All persons sentenced in the Recorder's Court of the City of El Segundo, to imprisonment for the violation of any ordinance of said city, or any la^v in effect therein, shall be impris- oned in the County Jail of the County of Los Angeles, State of California. SECTION 3. 511 expense of imprisonment hereunder shall be paid by the City of E1 Segundo. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be oublished once in the El Segundo Herald, a weekly newspaper printed, published and circulated in the said City and t;hich is hereby designated for that purpose and thereupon and thereafter the same shall take effect and be in full force.
