CC RESOLUTION 4248RESOLUTION NO. 4248 A RESOLUTION CALLING A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON JUNE 189 2002 PURSUANT TO ELECTIONS CODE § 1410. The City Council of the city of El Segundo resolves as follows: SECTION 1: Pursuant to Elections Code § 1410, the City Council calls for a special municipal election to be held in the City of El Segundo on June 18, 2002, for the purpose of holding a referendum. SECTION 2: Pursuant to Elections Code § 13120 the exact form of the questions to be voted on at the election as they should appear on the ballot are as follows: SHALL THE ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE NO. 1345), OF THE EL SEGUNDO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING AN APPLICATION FROM TPG- EL SEGUNDO PARTNERS, LLC APPROVING SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 01 -19 Yes ❑ DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 01 -19 GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 01 -02, ZONE CHANGE NO. 01 -1, ZONE TEXT No ❑ AMENDMENT NO. 01 -1, ADMINISTRATIVE USE PERMIT NO. 01 -1, AND . SECTION 3: The polls will open at 7 a.m. on election day and remain open until 8 p.m. SECTION 4: El Segundo City Hall, located at 350 Main Street in El Segundo, is designated the Central Counting Place where all ballots of the election will be tallied. SECTION 5: The City Clerk is authorized, instructed and directed to procure and furnish any and all official ballots, notices, printed matter and all supplies, equipment and paraphernalia that may be necessary in order to properly and lawfully conduct the election. -I- SECTION 6: This Resolution will become effective immediately upon adoption.
