A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND
• ADOPTING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 1994199.
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Program Advisory Committee (CIPAC) submitted
to the City Council a FY 1994/99 Preliminary Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, June 7, 1994, Tuesday, June 21,
1994, and Tuesday, July 5, 1994 to discuss the Capital Improvement Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby approve and adopt the said
FY 1994/99 Preliminary Capital Improvement Program, as submitted by the CIPAC, and
amended, if applicable.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said City; and shall
• make a Minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the
City Council of said City, in the Minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and
adopted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July 1994.

that the foregoing resolution, being RESOLUTION NO. 3880 was duly passed and
adopted by the said City Council, approved and signed by the Mayor or said City, and
attested by the City Clerk of said City, all at a regular meeting of the said Council held
on the 5th day of July 1994, and the same was so passed and adopted by the following
vote:
AYES: Mayor Jacobson, Mayor ProTem Weston, Councilman Robbins,
Councilman Switz, and Councilwoman Friedkin.
