A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, GIVING THE
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE LIMITED AND TEMPORARY
AUTHORITY TO EXPEND FUNDS OF THE CITY
PENDING APPROVAL OF THE FY 91 -92 CITY BUDGET.
SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to expend
General Purpose Funds of the City for the purpose of paying ongoing expenses of the
City until such time as a budget is adopted by the City Council, but no later than
January 15, 1991.
SECTION 2. The level of such expenditures and authorization is limited
to the FY 90 -91 level of appropriations previously approved by the City Council, and
those items which Council has subsequently authorized by separate Council action.
SECTION S. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
this Resolution; shall enter the same in the Book of original Resolutions of said City;
and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the
proceedings of the City Council of said City, in the Minutes of the Meeting at which the
same is passed and adopted.
