CC RESOLUTION 3580RESOLUTION NO. 3580 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY is OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR COMMERCIAL USE OF PARK FACILITIES AS PROMULGATED BY SECTION 5.42.060 OF THE EL SEGUNDO MUNICIPAL CODE. WHEREAS, Section 5.42.060 of the E1 Segundo Municipal Code discourages the use of public parks and buildings located in public parks to the exclusion of the general public, but provides that when such a permit is granted, the permit fee therefor shall be fixed by the city council after considering the recommendation of the recreation and parks commission; and WHEREAS, the Recreation and Parks Commission at its January 0 18, 1989 meeting approved a Fee Schedule for the private use of recreation and parks facilities for commercial purposes, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The recommended charges and fees for recreation and park facilities, referred hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved and adopted as the Fee Schedule for the private use of recreation and parks facilities for commercial purposes. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of toriginal resolutions of said city; and shall make a minute of the 0 passage and adoption thereof in the record of the proceedings of the City Council of said city, in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted. In addition to these fees and charges hereinabove established, the permittee shall pay all costs and direct overhead to the City for supervising, controlling, and managing permittee's operation. This shall include, but not be limited to, all personnel costs, all material and supply costs, and all other direct costs and expenses of the City.
