A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL
SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL MAP, DEDICATIONS
AND AGREEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 15774, FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100, 200, AND 222 N. SEPULVEDA
BLVD. WITHIN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, on October 15, 1985 the City Council approved
Resolution 3330 to allow a modification to tentative Parcel Map
No. 15774 to create a three lot subdivision for the property
located at 100, 200 and 222 N. Sepulveda Blvd., a legal
description of which is on file in the City Planning Department,
and concurrently approved Variance No. 85 -1 to allow reduced
setbacks for development of a restaurant on proposed Parcel 3;
and
WHEREAS, a Final Parcel Map No. 15774 has been submitted and
approved by the City Public Works Department and includes certain
dedications; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement Affecting Real Property has been
submitted by the applicant to incorporate all conditions of
approval of Resolution 3330; and
WHEREAS, subsequent agreements including an Easement
Agreement, Pedestrian Easement Agreement and Use Restriction
Agreement have been submitted to the City which implement the
Agreement Affecting Real Property and which cannot be recorded
until Parcel Map No. 15774 is recorded; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the final parcel map
and said dedications and agreements and has established that (1)
the final parcel map dedications and agreements were submitted to
the City within the original two -year approval period for the
parcel map; and (2) the conditions of approval of Parcel Map No.
15774 are incorporated into the Agreement Affecting Real Property
and subsequent agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the final
Parcel Map No. 15774 and agreements, subject to the following
findings:
1. Final Parcel Map No. 15774 is in substantial compliance with
the approved tentative map.
2. Approval of the Easement Agreement, Pedestrian Easement
Agreement, and Use Restriction Agreement are contingent upon
recordation of the Parcel Map and Agreement Affecting Real
Property.
SECTION 2. Within ten days following the adoption of this
Resolution, the City Clerk shall mail a copy of this Resolution
to the applicant at the address shown on the application and to
any other person requesting a copy of same. The decision of the
Council is final.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 29th_day of September,

the City Council of the said City is five; that the foregoing
resolution, being Resolution No. 3499 was duly passed and adopted
by the said City Council, approved and signed by the Mayor of
said City, and attested by the City Clerk of said City, all at a
regular meeting of the said Council held on the 29th day of
September, 1987, and that the same was so passed and adopted by
the following vote:
AYES: Council memebers Anderson, Jacobson, Schuldt,
West, and Mayor Siadek.
NOES: None.
