RESOLUTION NO. 3280
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION
OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO IN THE LOS ANGELES
COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
FOR FISCAL YEARS 1985 -1986, 1986 -1987, AND 1987-
1988.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The certain form of Cooperation Agreement
between the County of Los Angeles and the City of E1 Segundo for
participating in the County of Los Angeles' Community Development
Block Grant Program for the period July 1, 1985 through June 30,
1988, as presented to Council on August 21, 1984, be and the same
is hereby approved, and after execution by each of the above -named
parties, a copy of said agreement be placed on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. Charles K. Armstrong, Mayor of the City of
El Segundo, is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of said City, with Valerie A. Burrowes, City Clerk of the City
of E1 Segundo, to attest to same.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of
original resolutions of said city; and shall make a minute of the pass-
age and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City
Council of said City in the minutes of the meeting at which the same
is passed and adopted.

E1 Segundo, California, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the whole number of
members of the City Council of the said City is five; that the
foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 3280 was duly passed
and adopted by the said City Council, approved and signed by the
Mayor of said City, and attested by the City Clerk of said City, all
at a regular meeting of the said Council held on the 4th day of
September , 1984 and that the same was so passed and
adopted by the following vote:

Synadinos & Mayor Armstrong
