RESOLUTION NO. 3195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING, IN PART,
SECTION 1A2.040 (MANAGEMENT- CONFIDENTIAL
SERIES) OF TITLE lA OF THE EL SEGUNDO
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 1A2.040 SCHEDULE OF CLASSES BY
'. SERIES, of Chapter 1A2 of Title lA of the El Segundo Adminis-
trative Code adopted by Resolution No. 3178, is amended in part
by adding thereto the following classification:
"Fire
Fire Marshal
I -1"
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective
as of midnight on March 4, 1983, and thereafter shall be in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3. All resolutions and orders of the City
Council heretofore passed and adopted with reference to the
same, or any of the matters and subjects hereinabove set forth
or referred to, are hereby rescinded insofar as the same conflict
with the provisions hereof.,
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the
book of original resolutions of said city; and shall make a
minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of
the proceedings of the City Council of said city, in the minutes
of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
