CC RESOLUTION 3152RESOLUTION NO. 3152 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS 1A4.010, 1A4.020, 1A4.030, AND 1A4.145, OF; AND ADDING SECTIONS 1A4.025 AND 1A4.142 TO, CHAPTER 1A4 (FIRE SAFETY SERVICE SERIES), OF TITLE lA OF THE EL SEGUNDO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. • THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Sections 1A4.010, 1A4.020, 1A4.030 and 1A4.145 of Chapter 1A4 of Title of lA of the E1 Segundo Adminis- trative Code are amended to read as follows: SECTION 1A4.010 BASIC SALARY SCHEDULE - -PERS 2% AT 50. SECTION 2. Sections 1A4.025 and 1A4.142 are added to Chapter lA4 of Title lA of the El Segundo Administrative Code to read as follows: SECTION 1A4.025 BASIC SALARY SCHEDULE - -PERS 2% AT 55. Effective December 1982, Fire Department personnel who work shifts and are regularly required to work on holidays notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, shall accumulate and be paid for one hundred forty -four hours in lieu of holidays once a year on or about the 10th of December. Employees who terminate shall be paid holiday pay on a pro rata basis. SECTION 3. All resolutions and orders of the City Council heretofore passed and adopted with reference to the same, or any of the matters and subjects hereinabove set forth or referred to, are hereby rescinded insofar as the same conflict with the provisions hereof. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original resolutions of said city; and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the pro- ceedings of the City Council of said City, in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
