BY RESOLUTION
The City Council of the City of E1 Segundo, California,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 8230 et seq., Chapter
3 of the "Public Streets, Highways amd Service Easement Vacation
Law ", being Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, does hereby resolve, declare,
find, determine and order as follows:
SECTION 1. Said City Council after public hearing

SECTION 3. That the public interest and convenience
require, and it is hereby ordered, that the following portion

All that portion of Lot 346 in Block 123 as shown on
Map of Sheet 8 El Segundo recorded in Book 22 pages
106 and 107 of maps in the office of the County Recor-
der, County of Los Angeles, State of California, de-
scribed as follows:
The northerly 25.00 feet of the easterly
139.25 feet of said Lot 346.
be, and the same, is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned for
public street purposes, all as contemplated by Resolution of
Intention No. 3104 of the City Council of the City of E1 Segundo,

California, adopted on the 3rd day of NOVEMBER , 1981.
Reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention
No-3104 and to the map or plan entitled, "PORTION OF FRANKLIN
AVENUE BEING; A PORTION OF LOT 346 PROPOSED TO BE VACATED BY
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.3104 ," referred to therein, both
of which are on file and open to public inspection in the office
of the City Clerk in the City Hall of said City, and both of
which, by this reference, are incorporated herein and made a
part hereof for further particulars.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the
book of original resolutions of said city, shall make a minute
of the passage and adoption thereof in the records and proceedings
of the City Council of said city in the minutes of the meeting
at which the same is passed and adopted; and shall cause a
certified copy thereof, attested by the City Clerk under the
seal of said city, to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, State of California.
