RESOLUTION NO. 3100
. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING PRE-
CINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, APPOINTING PRECINCT
BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR THE
SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF SAID CITY ON
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 1981, HERETOFORE CALLED
BY RESOLUTION NO. 3080 OF THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, a special municipal election to be on Tuesday,
September 29, 1981, has been heretofore called by Resolution No. 3080,
• adopted on July 7, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding said special municipal
election, there shall be and are hereby established seven (7) voting pre-
cincts consisting, of consolidations of the regular election precincts in
the city of El Segundo established for the holding of state and county
elections, as said regular election precincts exist on the date of adoption
of this resolution. That the polling places for the respective precincts
shall be the places hereinafter designed; and the persons hereinafter named,
being competent and qualified electors and residents of said city are hereby
appointed precinct board members for their respective voting precincts and
they shall hold said election and make return thereof in the manner provided
by law.

is made, shall be the sum of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) for said election. When
required, the compensation of the custodian of a building shall be Twenty -five
Dollars($25.00) for said election.

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution, shall enter the same in the book of original
resolutions of said city; and shall make a minute of passage and adoption
thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said city,
in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
