A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING PROCEEDS
OF TAXES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the proceeds of
. taxes in the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund the sum of
$1,000,000 to the PENSION FUND NO. 9.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the proceeds of
taxes in the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund the sum of
$150,000 to the LIABILITY INSURANCE FUND NO. 21.
SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated from the proceeds of
taxes in the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund the sum of
$50,000 to the ACCRUAL SICK LEAVE /VACATION FUND NO. 4.
SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated from the proceeds of
taxes in the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund the sum of
$12,510 to the UNEMPLOYMENT TAX FUND NO. 10.
SECTION 5. There is hereby appropriated from the proceeds of
taxes in the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund the sum of
$195,000 to the CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND NO. 11.
SECTION 6. There is hereby appropriated from the proceeds of
taxes in the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund the sum of
$275,000 to the WORKERS` COMPENSATION RESERVE FUND NO. 22.
SECTION 7. There is hereby appropriated from the proceeds of
taxes in the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund the sum of
$1,896,926 to the GENERAL EMERGENCY CONTINGENCY FUND NO. 32.
SECTION 8. There is hereby appropriated from the proceeds of
. taxes in the unappropriated fund balance of the general fund the sum of
$338,000 to the EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND NO. 15.
SECTION 9. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original

resolutions of said city; and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption
thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said city, in
the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
