CC RESOLUTION 3037L� I• RESOLUTION NO, 3037 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1980--1981, WHEREAS, the voters of California on November 6, 1979 added Article XIII B to the State Constitution placing various limitations on the appropriations of the state and local govern- ments; and WHEREAS, Article XIII B provides that the appropria- tions limit for the fiscal year 1980 -1981 is calculated by adjust- ing the bass year appropriations of fiscal year 1978 -1979 for changes in the cost of living and population; and WHEREAS, the information necessary for making these adjustments is attached in Exhibits A, B, and C; and WHEREAS, the City of El Segundo has complied with all the provisions of Article XIII B in determining the appropria- tions limit for fiscal year 1980 -1981; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO DOES RESOLVE that for the City of El Segundo the appropriations subject to limitation in the fiscal year 1980- 1981 shall be $15,355,305, PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of Decem- ber , 19801 ATTEST: (SEAL) City Clerk LV'C or of the y of El Segundo, California. l 2 "1 ATTACTRCM A CITY OF FC, SOU= TO MATCfi USER FEES TO COSTS FOR lrE-: FISCAL Ya!1R DMED 6 -30 -79 I � 2 ts 3 Cas Fee Revenue by Functiczn and AA- count User , Fee Assocyated Rvess Wt? th of User Costs Co'!lections User Fees Sts $?
