CC RESOLUTION 2777t 2,R.2 • RESOLUTION NO. 2777 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS 1A5.010, 1A5.020 and 1A5.030 OF, AND ADDING SECTION 1A5.235 TO, CHAPTER 1A5 OF TITLE lA OF THE EL SEGUNDO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Sections 1A5.010, 1A5.020 and 1A5.030 of Chapter 1A5 of Title lA of the El Segundo Administrative Code adopted by Resolution No. 2620, as amended, are amended to read as follows: SECTION 1A5.010 BASIC SALARY SCHEDULE. (A) Commencing July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978, all sworn personnel of the Police Service enumerated in this 1, .r 1 1 Chapter to whom the Educational Incentive Pay Program is applicable and who have obtained a P.O.S.T. Intermediate Certificate shall receive for his or her services compensation, at the grade and step to which they are entitled by classification and length of service, in accordance with the following salary schedule: P.O.S.T. Section 1A5.235 is added to Chapter 1A5 of Title lA of said E1 Segundo Administrative Code to read as follows: SECTION 1A5.235 ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE ALLOWED. Association officers and board members shall be allowed up to a total of seventy -two hours as a group per year of administrative leave for the purpose of attending the California Organization of Police and Sheriff's conference. All or part of these hours may be used for other conferences or seminars with the approval of the City Manager. SECTION 3. All resolutions and orders of the City Council heretofore passed and adopted with reference to the same, or any of the matters and subjects hereinabove set forth or referred to, are hereby rescinded insofar as the same conflict with the provisions hereof. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original resolutions of said city; and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said city, in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
