A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EL- SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING
THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF
WASHINGTON STREET WITHIN SAID CITY AS CON-
TEMPLATED BY RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
2664 •
The City Council of the City of El Segundo, California, pur-
suant "Street r,
nt to the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, being Part 3
of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
does hereby resolve, declare, find, determine and order as follows:
SECTION 1. Said City Council after public hearing duly and
regularly called, noticed and held, finds and determines from all the evi-
dence submitted, that that certain portion of Washington Street within said
city described in Resolution of Intention No. 2664 of said Council adopted
on the 4th day of November, 1975, is unnecessary for present or prospective
�aablic street purposes.
SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience require,
and it is hereby ordered, that the following portion of the following public
street within the city, to wit:
The westerly 2 5 feet of Lots 294 and 295 and the westerly
25 feet of the southerly 71. 04 feet of Lot 293, all in Block
123, Sheet 8, El Segundo, as filed in Map Book 22, Pages
106 and 107, in the office of the County Recorder, Los
Angeles County, State of California; .
be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned for public street
purposes, all as contemplated by Resolution of Intention No. 2664 of the City
Council of the City of El Segundo, California, adopted on the 4th day of Novem-
ber, 1975.
Reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 2664
and to the map or plan entitled, "PORTION OF WASHINGTON STREET PRO-
POSED TO BE VACATED BY RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2664 , " re-
ferred to therein, both of which are on file and open to public inspection in the
office of the City Clerk in the City Hall of said City, and both of which, by this
reference, are incorporated herein and made a part hereof for further particu-
lars.

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original reso-
lutions of said city; shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof
in the records and proceedings of the City Council of said city in the -minutes
of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted; and shall cause a
certified copy thereof, attested by the City Clerk under the seal of said city,
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
State of California.
