RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2357
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING
ITS INTENTION TO AMEND TITLE 20 OF THE
"EL SEGUNDO MUNICIPAL CODE" TO REZONE CER-
TAIN PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council declares that it is its inten-
tion to amend Title 20 (the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance) of the "E1 Segundo
Municipal Code" to rezone the following described real property located within
the City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit:
ALL that portion of land in Block 113, E1 Segundo Sheet
No. 5, as per map recorded in Book 20, Pages 114 and
115 of maps in the office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwesterly corner of Lot 2,
Block 113; thence easterly along the North line of said
Lot 2, 60 feet to a point; thence southerly along a line
parallel with the westerly line of said Lot 2 a distance
of 181. 00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence east-
erly along a line parallel with the northerly line of said
Lot 2 and the northerly line of Lot 1, Block 113 a dis-
tance of 206. 58 feet to a point in the westerly line of
Sepulveda Boulevard (100 feet wide) as described in the
Final Decree of Condemnation entered in Superior Court
Los Angeles County Case No. 35780, a certified copy of
which was recorded on December 8, 1934 in Book 13174,
Page 92, Official Records of said County; thence south-
erly along said westerly line of Sepulveda Boulevard 166. 10
feet to a point; thence westerly along a line parallel with the
North line of Lot 10, Block 113, a distance of 103. 50 feet
more or less to a point in the West line of said Lot 10;
thence southerly along the West line of said Lot 10 a dis-
tance of 17. 03 feet to a point in a line parallel with and
f 17. 03 feet southerly of the North line of Lot 9, Block 113;
'thence westerly along said parallel line a distance of 103. 08
feet to a point in a line parallel with and 60 feet East of the
westerly line of said Lot 9; thence northerly along said
parallel line a distance of 183. 13 feet to the point of beginning,
from R -3 and C -2 Zones to the P Zone.
SECTION 2. That the City Council hereby ref• --rs this resolution
and its intention as it is declared in Section 1 hereof to the Planning Commission
for its consideration and directs that the Planning Commission hold hearings and
give notice thereof and file a report with the City Council all in the time, form
and manner required by law.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and

adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original reso-
lutions of said city; and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption
thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said city, in
the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.

whole number of members of the City Council of the said City
is five; that the foregoing Resolution, being Resolution No. 2357
was duly passed and adopted by the said City Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor of said City, and attested by the City
Clerk of said City, all at a regular meeting of the said Council
held on the 14th day of December , 197 0
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:

and Mayor Stephens;
