RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA,
DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST
AND NECESSITY DEMAND THE ACQUISITION
AND CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT AND MAKING FINDINGS
RELATING THERETO,
The City Council of the City of E1 Segundo,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as
follows:
Section 1. That the public interest and neces-
sity demand the acquisition and construction by said city
of a certain municipal improvement, to wit:
The final portion of the master plan
storm drain system for the northwest quadrant
of said city.
That the estimated cost of said municipal improve-
ment is $3,635,030. That said municipal improvement requires
an expenditure greater than the amount allowed for it by the
annual tax levy and is necessary and convenient to carry out
the objects, purposes and powers of said city.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of
December , 19_28 .
